Mail groups were set up so that taxpayers could carry out their procedures remotely with digital tools. The Institutions VOIP PBX was prepared to route calls to remote workers mobile telephones to keep the support of the operations. Renewal of the Support and Maintenance of the Institutionś main System "SIGA Technological Platform" that supports more than 8,000 users and manages the Imports, Exports and Transits of Cargo among Panamanian Borders and serving not only local but international Customers. This includes the Support and Maintenance of the Hardware, Software and communication equipment infrastructure required for SIGA's optimum performance. Acquisition of the Cloud Services Platform for the Electronic Mail System, which includes the licensing of MS Office 365 for 1,250 users for three (3) years. Coordination of the activities necessary for monitoring the PORTCEL Project, promoted by the Presidency of the Republic through the Logistics Cabinet, and which will allow the integration of the systems of various institutions, including ANA, in order to share information.

Currently, the National Dispatch Center handles more than 1,960 MW as the country's total power demand ensuring the conditions of free competition in a market environment through clear regulations, promoting investment in electrical activity. The Technological renovation Project, with a cost of more than US$ 5 millions, had the objective to renew the Systems of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) to control of Power Generating Plants and their Dispatch in the Local Market. Among the activities in our charge as Project Manager we can mention: Overseeing the execution and completion of the Project within Scope, Time and Resources. Planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling resources, procedures and protocols to achieve specific goals of the Project. The renovation of the Energy Dispatch Room included the construction and setup of a new independent Data Center and the Installation of a Set of Information displays panels "VIDEO WALL" type that will allow the presentation to the Operators of the most important information collected by the System to take the actions required in the appropriate times. Monitoring with the Providers and Contractors compliance of the construction and adaptation of a new computer center to house the new servers and special equipment for the project. In addition, an ergonomic furniture system was installed with the latest technology that allows the work of operators in the form of desks during normal circumstances and standing work when requires greater concentration on the part of operators.
