There are 2 repositories for building and deploying services to EKS, Github repository for building microservices applications Github repository for infrastructure automation. Application deployment repository consist of Kubernetes resources in the form of Helm charts (templates) for all microservice application (40+ application). A python script to clone all microservice repository, build and publish images to ECR and subsequently deploy container to EKS using scaffold. Infrastructure repository consist of templates of terraform and terragrunt to provision various AWS services. 2. Migrating on-prem application and building cloud native solution on AWS and Google cloud with services such as, EC2, ASG, ALB, Route53, Secret Manager, EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda GCE, MIG, Cloud Load balancer, Cloud DNS, GKE, GCS, BigQuery Automation of infrastructure using terraform Application configuration automation via Ansible Jenkins pipeline to leverage CI/CD practices Automation pipeline for pre-cooked VM images using packer and ansible. VM needs be rotated in every 45 days due to security standards, hence an automation pipeline to build new VM images and updating MIGs (Autoscaling Group).
