Acomplishments
At Rapid7, I led the end-to-end redesign of the Log Search tool, a critical component in the cybersecurity platform. This project involved collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting extensive user research, and iterating on designs based on customer feedback. The redesign significantly improved user experience by streamlining workflows and enhancing the tool's usability, ultimately leading to increased customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
At RSA Security, I led the design and development of a data collection configuration tool for the NetWitness platform. This tool was crucial for enabling users to efficiently manage the setup and configuration of data collection sources, streamlining a previously cumbersome process. By conducting in-depth user research and working closely with product management and engineering, I designed an intuitive interface that simplified complex workflows and enhanced user productivity. The successful implementation of this tool not only improved the user experience but also aligned with business goals by reducing configuration errors and optimizing resource allocation.
