- Colombia * Co-designed and Co-implemented a chatbot framework using LLM technologies such as openAi. This chatbot was developed using python, mysql and embeddings with a strong emphasis on clean code. It can be integrated with communication tools such as workChat and slack, also new chatbots can be created and be easily configurable, improving company time management on answering repetitive questions on major channels. * Built a new notification service strategy using Java as the primary code language, connecting several microservices between them, this to divide users between a control group or not. Tested with Junit and postman, deployed on AWS and used by several teams to create new marketing campaigns, this increased the control that the marketing team has on new campaigns improving the outreach. * Automated and streamlined a previously manual data integration process, utilizing Go as the primary backend language. Achieved significant time savings by orchestrating the deployment on AWS through a microservices architecture, implementing asynchronous operations. This automation effectively reduced hours of manual work, enhancing efficiency in data retrieval and presentation of the data.
