- Incentive Package Lazy Campaign Intercom Webhook extends the functionality developed in Incentive Package Lazy Campaign, allowing our CRM agents to assign incentives to customers through Intercom, a third-party customer communications system. Contributions I developed a webhook to receive events from Intercom Series based on data previously established by the CRM team. Also, we added support to create Incentive Package Lazy Campaigns with Intercom-based audiences. Business Impact This feature has a huge impact in the Marketing CRM team because it synergizes CRM Center and Intercom enabling strategic and efficient incentive allocation based on events and goals. Incentive Package Lazy Campaign

- Incentive Package Lazy Campaign allows CRM agents to set up incentives assignments for customers that only take effect when they display activity in the app. Contributions I contributed to the design of this system so it would scale its operation to be able to process 1 million users per minute. I was one of the main developers of this system and it was my first implementation using Elasticsearch. Business Impact This project made it possible to improve the performance in the process to assign incentives to users in big audiences and reduce by +90% the junk data associated with incentives unused by inactive customers from the Cornershop database, which considerably reduces infrastructure costs. This feature improved over the existing equivalent for our CRM agents providing them with more flexibility and traceability of running campaigns. Tools
