Building web application for learning languages through an ereader.
We used Natural Language Processing in our python restful api to detect certain data in the sentences so we can display useful data to the user in our React web application like examples, translation, context, etc.
I’ve developed different modules like flashcards and annotations ,I wrote a script in python to upload public domains into our database, I led and mentored 3 developers helping them to finish their tasks and any questions they had.
This project helped me a lot to learn different stages of the software development process and be involved in many aspects of the development.
Successfully integrating various features into our web application using FastAPI and React. This includes the integration of an algorithm from the data sciences team and drag-and-drop capabilities to facilitate editing. This tool is designed to assist retail businesses in maintaining better organization of their products.
The development of these features required multiple meetings with the Data Science and Data Engineering teams, as well as with the Product Owner and Manager, to review progress and address any questions or concerns.
