Gregory Starr

In 2015, I joined Cloud9 Technologies as employee #8 and helped it grow from 12 users up to over 20,000. My journey there has given me a deep understanding of how to engage with clients and users. I started off in client services where I started off answering phone calls and being the first level of support. in 2016 I transitioned into professional services where I became the face of Cloud9 and lead all of the POCs and implementations. I developed the training program that is still used to onboard clients & users today. In 2020 I transitioned into UX where I then helped develop the product workflows and interfaces, leading to a drastic increase in user satisfaction. This all culminated in Cloud9 being acquired by Symphony in 2021 where we joined forces.

Once Cloud9 was acquired by Symphony, I joined their larger organization where I led the integration of the two platforms into one. This involved tackling several challenges such as separate design systems, completely different userbases & personas and developing new workflows that are truly unique for the space.
