Helped streamline multiple systems (SAP, IBM API Connect, Teradata, internal legacy systems) to Salesforce, for a large wholesale distributor in the USA. This impacted more than a thousand collaborators and sales reps which now have automated sales processes and real-time communication between different systems, having the right data in the rigth place and the right time.
Helped control, tackle and decrease the number of bug/issues on existing Service/Sales Clouds for a large Peruvian Insurance company that has more the 5 million clients, and more than 2000 salesforce users. The average number on raised issues initially was 50 issues/month and a 1-2 issues/month was accomplished.
