- Ingenico e-payments Company is a PSP (Payment Service Provider) company which processes transactions of merchants done by their clients using various payment methods like credit cards, ideal etc. Ingenico e-Payments is a very dynamic company which has grown fast in a short time. To be able to handle the actual and future load of transactions many changes are required in applications as well as in infrastructure of the company. Program Excellence has been set up for this reason and its goal was to implement a new back office and other new applications in front office which will better structure the current way of working and are able to handle the expected load of transactions. It will replace the current Legacy back office with a new back office called Bank Works Licensed (BWL). Several projects are part of this program which will implement changes in the front office, back office and for reporting to merchants. Migration of data and application connections will take place to the new back office (BWL) from Legacy back office once BWL is ready for use. As a business analyst I was responsible for understanding the changes Ingenico ePayments needs by analysing, capturing and documenting requirements. Within RS2 I formed part of the project management team handling the international banking client's requirements and needs.
