The Client Partner is responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients by delivering exceptional service and providing strategic guidance. The position serves as the primary point of contact for our clients, and is responsible for understanding their needs while providing tailored solutions that meet their objectives. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills and a deep understanding of the client’s business and industry.

Client Partner Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate responses to all inquiries
• Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to meet and exceed client expectations
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on industry trends and developments
• Develop and deliver presentations to clients on new products or services
• Negotiate and manage contracts with clients
• Monitor and report on client feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• 5+ years of Client Partner or equivalent experience preferred
• Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to develop effective strategies to meet and exceed client objectives
• Strong understanding of the industry and current trends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
