This solution dynamically assigns individual representatives' outbound calls with the appropriate brand based on a student's university affiliation. This resulted in a 100% increase in brand awareness compared to the previous generic caller ID. • Created a custom call recording retrieval solution utilizing S3, AWS Lambda, and Salesforce Bulk API. This self-service platform empowers the legal department to independently access call recordings, streamlining the retrieval process and enhancing efficiency. • Ensured TCPA compliance by creating and implementing a custom solution that eliminated 100% of unnecessary Salesforce API calls and reduced data redundancy, streamlining efficiency, and mitigating legal risks. • Built a cost-optimized data pipeline solution leveraging Kinesis Firehose, SQS, and S3. This solution is able to back up millions of JSON objects to an S3 data lake, ensuring regulatory adherence while minimizing storage costs. The data was then queryable via AWS Athena, and able to be used for Quicksight analytics. • Leveraging AWS Trusted Advisor, I proactively monitored for security vulnerabilities and performance optimization recommendations in Lambda functions and CloudFormation stacks resources, implementing ongoing runtime upgrades to ensure secure and efficient execution. • Designed an EventBridge event driven distributed system solution. This solution optimizes processing speed and enables seamless scaling, eliminating the need for code modifications during partner onboarding. This resulted in a significant reduction in onboarding time. • Developed an automated AppFlow monitoring system. This solution detects issues in the AppFlow API data stream and leverages SNS to trigger email notifications, ensuring timely responses to potential problems. • Identified a cost-effective Caller ID solution and conducted thorough vendor evaluations, securing a 15% increase in dialer answer rates and enhanced brand awareness during calls. • Designed and implemented a cost-effective on-call alerting system using Amazon SES, SNS, and Lambda to enhance reliability and reduce missed alerts.
