Thoughtworks
- MAIO DE 2 0 2 2 - JULHO 2 0 2 4 At Thoughtworks, I had the opportunity to work with the consulting model, serving markets in Latin America and North America, and understanding the challenges and sensitivities of each client. This allowed me to engage in various stages of the design process, connecting with users, product teams, developers, and other stakeholders. I also had the chance to delve into various sectors, such as healthtech, fintech, hospitality, and multinational technology companies. Tech b outiq ue hotel The client aims to be a luxury hotel accessible to a younger audience. To communicate more effectively with the target audience, I was responsible for implementing UX Writing, as well as conducting client workshops; structuring product architecture; designing, implementing, and analyzing user tests; and creating visual assets for both guest-facing and hotel management products. Integrated energy company As a global leader in bioenergy, the challenge presented by the client was to create a digital wallet product from scratch, primarily used by gas stations throughout Brazil and other Latin American countries. In this role, I was responsible for business understanding workshops aligned with product goals; designing, implementing, and analyzing perception and usability tests; composing the platform architecture; and visually constructing the MVP. The outcomes included enhanced user understanding of fuel purchasing and consumption, as well as increased adoption of the company's loyalty and credit programs. Primary Care Med ical Center for Seniors / Internacional An American healthtech company renowned for providing VIP care to elderly individuals, with a strong focus on disease prevention. My primary responsibilities included product understanding, platform structuring for medical professionals, and visual redesign. The product development generated several key benefits: increased accuracy for doctors in creating patient records, clear visualization of patient history, and improved management of private visits and follow-ups. Technology Multinational / Internacional In the first project with the client, my focus was on creating a cross-device experience. I was responsible for structuring and visually designing a product aimed at integrating 2 or more devices, aiming to unify brand vision and product consistency. The second project involved developing a platform tailored for managers, developers, and QAs to maintain, monitor, and optimize registered machines. This product significantly enhanced software and hardware management for enterprises. My responsibilities encompassed business alignment, product structure, usability testing, mentoring junior designers, and visual design. Finally, in the third project, I applied design guidelines to virtual reality and motion interactions, aiming to create a fully immersive entertainment platform.
