The services offered by the company are complemented by human work. The applications used by these operators became obsolete and required constant corrections. So I volunteered to implement a revamp. I completed the task successfully, achieving a modern and functional product. I developed the applications in C#/.NET and the UI in Angular. My main achievement was taking the initiative. I worked on the previous modifications and developed a prototype. But, when I proposed the solution I didn't know what would the final result. All went well.

I was asked to develop an OCR service for higher volume requests. I successfully built an OCR service, resolving customer requests with high accuracy (+95%). I implemented the solution using Object Detection models (currently I improved the service by incorporating an Image Classifier). The service uses Darknet (C/C++) integrated with Python. Although it took me a few months of research, the service greatly benefited the company by replacing third-party services. This increased profitability and availability. The solution also turned out to be versatile and adaptable to new request types so more clients could benefit from it.
