I have worked with the vendor portal team to build new features on the admin portal used by businesses to edit their products, biddings and other details I have helped with migrating the monolith architecture of the portal into micro-services. I also wrote tests for the main application with 100% code coverage from scratch. I worked from scratch on integrating Okta as a SSO for the capterra vendor portal and updated the authorisation logic while assigning different access levels to the user. I helped to improve the portal UI built in the ReactJS.

- ccFlip.com is a tool for contact centers to ease the process of managing calls for their clients and increase revenues. ccFlip helps call centers to manage/divert business calls of their clients by a tap of a button. Started working on the project by creating a proof of concept and later lead a team of three to build the platform. Designed data structure which is a combination of Postgres, Mongo and Firebase to get faster and real-time updates on the frontend.
