- In Getir.com I've started working as Platform engineer, and then, with squad division, I took my position in the Engineering Experience and Delivery team. In that team, I've been responsible; - Maintaining and keeping the CI/CD environment at a high level of performance and efficiency by looking for new opportunities and methodologies. - Develop internal tools to provide inter-change communication and support at the maximum level. - Develop internal tools to improve developer efficiency by giving them automations, templates and more. What did I do? - Brang the RFC culture to the company, to create/update/maintain the RFC/ADRs for any change. - Created an RFC for the vault, took my peer's ideas and implemented the vault from 0 to 1, and enabled it for the whole company and services - I've offered to use the 'BanzaiCloud' open source injector to keep the security at a high-level. - To support teams switch easier, with my team, we have created a software template in Backstage to make the AWS KMS to Vault switch easier for them. - Implemented KeyCloak as OIDC solution, and by creating an RFC, I've implemented the whole solution and then migrated the teams onto it, for easy/secure login to AWS, Kubernetes, Vault, Backstage and other internal tools. - I've developed an internal slack messaging tool to unify the messaging from all tech teams to platform teams. That helped us to see statistics and more important, see the most causes for the messages, which enabled us to understand bottlenecks. - I've developed a Pluggable Metrics Collector tool to collect data from different providers like Bitbucket, Spinnaker, and OpsGenie to enable DORA metrics for each service to understand they 4-key metrics. That enabled teams to understand their service issues and bottlenecks. - Thanks to Keycloak integration, I've opened the access of Kubectl to all tech members with a secure way. - I gave workshops in the company about GoLang Development, Unit Testing, Vault, Keycloak and DDD.
