I was a central part of the team that built the Gokada delivery management system, which, in its first year, grew to process over $100m in annualised transaction value and complete around an average of 10,000 daily deliveries and over a million food delivery and e-commerce orders in total on behalf of over 30,000 merchants. I built several features like payment reconciliation and rider onboarding and led a team which focused on admin tools.
I led a team of both internal and external engineers that created the data transfer pipeline and processing application for a collaborative e-commerce affiliate program. This project involved onboarding merchants on different e-commerce stores, adding marketing in their store materials, tracking orders and users that met set criteria, and processing payouts.
