Acomplishments
As a Network Performance Analyst, I successfully led the "LULR" (Low Utilization, Low Revenue) program, aimed at improving the performance of sites with low user traffic and revenue. Through detailed analysis, I identified key areas for improvement and optimized antenna direction settings. As a result, I was able to increase traffic on LULR sites by more than 30%, significantly boosting overall site performance.
During my time at Agriaku, I created two dashboards that the management team used to monitor the performance of sales areas. These dashboards enabled them to identify underperforming areas and track individuals who were not meeting their tasks or objectives.
